Coverage
Where we work
Ottawa is our primary service area. Rather than list every community within a long drive and hope for the best, we publish only where we genuinely operate — and we tell you honestly on the phone if you are outside it.
Outside these areas?
Call +1 (613) 890-9008 and tell us where you are. Whether we can reach you depends on the location, the road conditions, and the job. We will tell you straight away rather than take the call and leave you waiting — and if we cannot get to you, we will say so.
Rural and highway calls
On a rural road or a highway shoulder, the hardest part of the job is often finding you. Landmarks repeat, gravel intersections look identical, and drivers routinely misjudge how far they have travelled. Use Share My Location and send exact coordinates — it removes the guesswork entirely.
What to tell the dispatcher
- · Highway number and your direction of travel
- · Nearest exit number, overpass, or range-road intersection
- · Which shoulder or side of the road you are on
- · Vehicle year, make, model, colour, and drivetrain
- · Whether it rolls and steers
- · Whether you are in or beside a live traffic lane
